Kasbeer Hall, 25 East Pearson
Loyola’s Water Tower Campus

Are you more than your job? At Evoke, we know that all of us have callings that energize and feed us beyond what we get paid to do 40 hours a week. Join us for this year’s Summer Institute as we delve into those passions that, in the words of the second century theologian, St. Irenaeus, help us live into our wholeness as “persons fully alive!”
Al Gini, Professor of Business Ethics in the School of Business Administration at Loyola University Chicago, will serve as the keynote speaker for this year’s Institute. Besides lecturing to community and professional organizations, one of Al’s favorite post 9-5 passions is offering guest commentary on a wide range of topics on National Public Radio’s Chicago affiliate, WBEZ-FM.
The purpose of the Summer Institute is to bring faculty and staff together from across the university to address important topics that refresh our spirit, reconnect us more fully to our community, and challenge us to reflect on our callings to ourselves, each other, our work, and our university.
